Another great recipe for a healthy gallbladder! Beets are a super food for your gallbladder, and walnuts are loaded with omega-3 fatty acids, which also help your gall bladder.
Ingredients:
- 3 beets (cooked and peeled)
- 2 apples
- ½ c Feta cheese
- 2/3 c Walnuts
- ¼ c. sliced green onion
- About 1/3 c vinaigrette dressing (3 parts extra-virgin olive oil, 1 part apple cider vinegar is recommended)
Cut the apples and beets into ¼” cubes, then mix all of the ingredients together, and serve over lettuce.
